Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Future Connect Point (operated by Future Connect Point Co., Ltd.), we are committed to providing the highest quality technical market analysis training. Because our cohort sizes are strictly capped (maximum 14 students for intensive cohorts) and seat allocations require advance planning, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below.

1. General Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the scheduled start date of your training program:

• Full Refund (100%): Written cancellation notice received at least 14 calendar days prior to the official cohort or workshop start date.
• Partial Refund (70%): Written cancellation notice received between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the official start date. A 30% administrative fee is retained to cover pre-allocated workstation reservation and onboarding processing.
• No Refund (0%): Cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date, or after the cohort has officially commenced.

2. Rescheduling & Cohort Transfers

If unexpected personal or professional circumstances prevent you from attending your enrolled cohort, you may request a one-time transfer to a subsequent scheduled cohort:

• Transfer requests submitted at least 7 calendar days before the cohort start date incur no additional fee.
• Transfer requests submitted less than 7 days before start date are subject to seat availability and a 10% re-rostering fee.
• Transfers must be utilized within twelve (12) months of the original enrollment date.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items and services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:

• Work already commenced (e.g., individual mentoring hours already completed or diagnostic audits already conducted).
• Proprietary course slide decks, digital replay data sets, or physical playbook materials that have been distributed.
• No-shows: Enrolled participants who fail to attend scheduled live lectures or chart lab sessions without prior notification forfeit their tuition.

4. 1-on-1 Private Mentorship Policies

For our 8-Week Private Institutional Chart Mentorship, individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice to your assigned mentor. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are counted as completed. If a mentee withdraws after the initial diagnostic audit, tuition is refunded on a pro-rata basis for uncompleted sessions, less the diagnostic audit fee ($400 USD).

5. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Future Connect Point must cancel or reschedule a workshop or intensive cohort due to unforeseen instructor emergency or severe disruption, enrolled students will be offered the choice of:

• A full (100%) refund of all tuition paid for that program, or
• Guaranteed priority placement in the next available cohort of their choice.

6. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To initiate a formal refund or rescheduling request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@futureconnectpoint.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Course Name].
2. Include your original enrollment invoice number, registration date, and the reason for your request.
3. Our admissions and finance team will review your request and provide formal notification within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment (bank transfer or original card) within 7 to 10 business days following approval.
