By accessing our website, inquiring about curriculum details, or enrolling in any of our technical analysis training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our educational resources or enrolling in our cohorts.
2. Nature of Educational Services
Future Connect Point provides structured technical analysis education, volume profile training, order flow clinics, and chart review mentoring. All materials, slide decks, market replay files, and instructor commentaries are delivered strictly for educational and training purposes to assist students in developing personal analytical discipline.
Our training programs emphasize mathematical expectancy, market auction theory, and risk management frameworks. We do not provide individualized investment advice, financial portfolio management, or trade execution signals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational materials, course syllabi, proprietary slide decks, chart frameworks, software replay templates, text, graphics, logos, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Future Connect Point Co., Ltd. and are protected under Thai and international copyright laws.
Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for their individual educational study. You agree not to distribute, record, resell, publicly stream, or commercially exploit any training session, video lecture, or written playbook without prior written authorization from Future Connect Point.
4. Enrollment, Cohort Capacities & Conduct
To ensure high-quality interactive feedback in our Chiang Mai Chart Lab and live digital streams, student enrollment is subject to strict seat limits (maximum 14 students for flagship cohorts). We reserve the right to review applicant backgrounds to ensure readiness for advanced auction theory concepts.
Students agree to maintain respectful, professional conduct during live lectures, peer review clinics, and in our alumni forums. Any disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Financial markets carry inherent risks, and past chart performance or historical replay drills do not guarantee future market outcomes. Future Connect Point Co., Ltd., its founders, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from financial market trades executed by students or visitors. Students remain entirely responsible for their own discretionary decisions and capital allocation.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our educational services, or our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
